Flora Brochier

Design

As a designer, I have been designing digital experiences, interfaces and services for over ten years, drawing on an approach centred on people’s uses and needs.

I am involved at various stages of projects, from user research to design, prototyping and testing, including exploring problems and structuring user journeys. My experience as part of an in-house design team at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, and subsequently as a freelance designer, has enabled me to work on a wide range of challenges and to collaborate with numerous departments and stakeholders.

My practice lies at the intersection of several disciplines: UX design, UI design, service design and design research.

Throughout my career, I have also developed expertise in the responsible design of digital services, particularly in the areas of accessibility, eco-design, attention design, and mechanisms of persuasion and dark patterns.
